Cancellation Policy
**please note retainers are non-refundable for any reason! no exceptions
Please let us know as soon as you know you’re not competing. We typically have a waiting list and due to high demand, if given appropriate notice, can usually fill slots. Due to the fact that we cannot fill slots with short notice, if you cancel (transfers in less than 48 hours are treated like a cancellation) in less than 48 hours of your appointment, you will be required to pay for the FULL amount via emailed invoice. This policy also applies to cancelling a part of an appointment (i.e...cancelling hair but keeping makeup). Thus, the cancelled appointment will still be charged if not given appropriate notice.
***In the event that you need to cancel, please cancel IN WRITING via email!!! Please do not use Social Media or texting as a form of communication. Email is preferred unless it’s an emergency.
Transfer Policy
*Retainers are non-refundable FOR ANY REASON (no exceptions)
*Retainers can only be transferred in up to 3 months of the originally booked show date. (Essentially, you’re given a 3 month window from your original show date in which to re-book and execute your transfer option).
*No retainers from cancelled services can be applied to final payments, no exceptions.
*No appointments can be transferred in ANY other way. No exceptions!!!

Frequently Asked Questions:
Makeup:
Q: Can I bring inspiration pictures?
A: Inspiration pics are welcome. Please bring them to your appointment. It is good to have an idea what you are looking for, then we will customize your makeup to your specific skin and features.
Q: I have “peach fuzz” on my face, is that a problem?
A: Depending on how much is on your face, it may be visible on stage. For “peach fuzz” we highly recommend dermaplaning 2-4 days prior to your show. Dermaplaning is an esthetic technique of gently exfoliating and removing any vellus hair from your face leaving the skin brighter and smoother. We do not recommend waxing any part of your face (except brows) due to the redness and irritation that can occur in some skin (especially if you’ve not waxed before).
Q: My makeup appointment is at 3 am, will it last all day?
A: Yes, your makeup will last until you remove it. We have perfected a technique in which makeup will last the entire day—as long as you DO NOT touch it with your fingers—the oil in your fingers will breakdown the waterproofing and long wearing nature of the application.
Q: I have lash extensions, so will I need strip lashes from you?
A. We will make a judgement at the appointment. If you have volume lashes, it is likely you will not be needing a strip lash. However if you have classic or hybrid lash extensions, we will likely still need a smaller strip lash to make it work for stage. Our lashes are COMPLIMENTARY, and we will do whatever we feel will be best for you on stage (while discussing this at your appointment).
Q: Do you recommend getting brows shaped prior to the show and if so when?
A. YES!!!!! Definitely get brows threaded or waxed from a professional for your show. However, do not make 3-4 days before the show the first time you have been waxed/threaded. We recommend doing it a couple of months before to make sure your skin doesn’t have an adverse reaction.
Q: I want to have permanent makeup done, can I have that done before the show?
A: We love permanent makeup but we will ABSOLUTELY NOT apply makeup to freshly tattooed skin. Work with your permanent makeup artist to make sure you are following their after care instructions. A minimum of 15 days is required for us to even consider applying makeup on a fresh tattoo.
Q: How should I prep my skin for my makeup appointment?
A: When you wake up before makeup, wipe your skin on show morning with a water wipe or baby wipe and moisturize your skin and apply eye cream as usual. WE will apply all primers, etc…
Q: Should I tan my face?
A: We prefer no spray tan on the face. If you get your face sprayed, and it gets too dark, it limits what we can do in terms of highlight/contour/shading. If you are very fair and get a very light spray on your face, wipe it off with a baby wipe or water wipe a few hours later.
** (morning skin prep for all) Wipe face in the morning prior to makeup and moisturize as usual.
Hair:
Q:I know you say synthetic hair is not what we want but can I get away with it?
A: No, we will not use any hot tools on any synthetic hair or partially human hair… No exceptions. They will melt in heat and ruin our irons.
Q: Can I use a halo extension?
A: yes… Halo's are nice but they do limit what we can do with your hair, style wise. We highly recommend clip in extensions if you're able. Another great option is to have your normal stylist put in a more long lasting extension option (hand tied, tape in, etc...)
Q: How do I pick extensions?
A. We recommend working with your normal hair stylist when feasible. They will know your hair texture and color intimately. Some stylists even sell 100% human hair extensions. Another great option is to visit a wig shop or beauty supply store in person to match the color to your hair. Hair extensions are a huge investment. Not necessary, but nice if you plan to use them in the future. Due to time constraints, we will install the equivalent of one pack (7-9 pieces) of clip in extensions. Our stylists are extremely gifted and you’ll only need one pack.
Q: How should I arrive to my hair appointment?
A: Just a reminder, we do not perform salon services at your appointment. As a result, you should arrive with dry, combed out hair. You may use leave in conditioner, however, we do not recommend any additional product be in your hair when you arrive for your styling. Please bring your clip in- extensions to your appointment clean, dry and brushed/separated; please make sure your extensions are human hair so that we can apply heat to them. Thick or textured hair should be brushed thoroughly and free from large tangles so styling can be done in the appropriate time.
A little more about hair extensions….
We do NOT cut extensions, as a result, you need to have your extensions cut so that they do not cover your suit in your back pose. Additionally, we will install the equivalent of one pack of extensions (usually 7-9 pieces).
General Questions:
Q; What if I have to transfer my show or cancel my appointment?
A: Please familiarize yourself with the transfer and cancellation policies located above.
Q: I am not competing in the show I have an appointment for, can my friend use my retainer?
A: No, you may only transfer retainers to a show you (the person who booked) are competing at within 3 months of the originally booked show. For example, if you originally booked for a show on May 1, you can transfer to any show we are at until August 1. Retainers are non-refundable for any reason and can only be transferred in this way, no exceptions.
Q: My makeup and hair is at the time my coach wants me to eat, can I eat during my appointment?
A: Yes of course! If you have not eaten, please have your coach on speed dial… If you get dizzy, pass out, get sick, etc… we will call 911 and will not administer medical care. Yes, we have had many situations where a client does not feel well, hasn’t eaten, etc… SO please discuss this with your coach.
Q: What should I wear to my makeup/Hair appointment?
A: We recommend loose fitting clothing (robe, button down, etc…) so that when you get your suit on, you won’t mess up your hair. Additionally, we will need to see your neck/chest for matching purposes…. Please keep this in mind when you pick out your show clothing :)
Q: How do you prefer to be contacted?
A: E-mail is best
Q: What can I expect from you as we lead up to my show?
A: 5-6 days prior to the show: you’ll receive a very long text from me with details, instructions for skin prep, etc... upon receipt, I’ll ask you to respond letting me know you’ve received it. (VERY IMPORTANT!!!)
The Night before: you will receive another text the night before with the room number for services. (Usually between 5-6 pm we will check into the hotel).
*all texts will ask for a response acknowledging receipt.
Q: Do you give group discounts?
A: We do not discount our services.
Q: Can you cover tattoos or scars?
A: In terms of body makeup, it will not jive well with the tanning products, so this will be something you want to ask the tanning company to do. For Fitness competitions, we only use makeup on the face :)
Note: Once your service is completed, you will be asked to look in the mirror. Once it is approved, DO NOT touch!!!! No refunds will be given for any reason-NO EXCEPTIONS! Please do not alter our work! artists will work with you to create a flawless look for your special day.
