It's almost here! WE have some last minute details you should know prior to your Makeup/Hair appointment. Congrats on making it this far! We can't wait to work with you!!!
I will EMAIL the room # Friday evening around 6 pm when we check in-please Respond back verifying receipt) **all clients will be required to sign a waiver prior to any services paper copies available in the room in which we are glamming.
NOTE: PLEASE SET AN ALARM TO CHECK YOUR EMAIL FRIDAY EVENING PRIOR TO THE SHOW AT 6p.m. Then respond confirming receipt. Remember it may have gone to spam.
Late Arrivals:
✅ if you are late: All late arrivals are treated the same regardless of the reasoning. If you’re late, ie… 10 minutes late, we will do what we can with the remaining time in your appointment and then you’ll have to wait until the end of our schedule to complete your service (this could be 3+ hours wait). Remember, it is YOUR responsibility to get to the meeting on time also. Set multiple alarms, leave super early, but this is what will happen if you show up late.Set multiple alarms-wake up calls etc...!!!!!
Arrival:
We request all clients come early 10-15 minutes to sign the waiver etc.
** Only clients will come in the room-no exceptions!! Please ask your loved ones to wait for you in the lobby or hall. Thank you for your cooperation. You may bring food if you need to eat.
Skin and Hair Prep:
Skin: wipe your skin on show morning with a water wipe or baby wipe and moisturize/eye cream as usual.
Hair: If you have booked hair with one of our master stylists, please arrive with clean, COMPLETELY DRY hair. Coarse textured hair should be free from tangles and large knots and able to be brushed easily. If you are having your extensions put in (clip in is preferred—we do not put in taped or hand tied extensions please have those put in prior to the show), please bring ALL of your extensions, clean and separated/brushed. Please make your extensions are 100% human hair, otherwise we can't apply heat to them. Hair tinsel and other synthetic enhancements can’t be curled and we do not recommend it on stage. Please note that we have a fixed amount of time, thus extensions should be trimmed prior to your appointment. WE DO NOT CUT EXTENSIONS, they should be cut prior so that they do not cover your suit in your back pose.
**Additionally, we will install one pack (equivalent of 7-9 pieces) of clip in extensions or one Halo extension.
Balances:
**Balance (to be paid at the appointment-🌟CASH ONLY🌟 (absolutely no alternate payment types will be taken for products or services).
🎯🎯please separate cash by service we will not have change. Usually the front desk has change.
Balances are as follows: (retainer paid separately upon booking)
—Makeup: $120
—Hair: $100 for basic styling
add ons:
* $15 braid
*$25 for installing your 100% human hair halo or clip in extensions
LIPSTICK/product info:
**Bring your lip color to your appointment. If you have reserved one with me, I have it ready. If you do not have a lip color, let me know ASAP. Time and product will be limited so having your products reserved could be essential.
Please bring exact cash for product and service (we won't have change and balances and products are cash only). Absolutely NO SERVICES or products will be charged— no exceptions
Clear blot powder is $20 if you are oily, it works great. Works for on and off stage all skin tones (it’s clear). (Limited supply)

Tanning/skin Tips: Do not tan your face. If it does get tanned, please remove using a water wipe or gentle baby wipe.

Skin concerns:
Report any skin/allergy concerns to megan@meganmelone.com immediately. Megan and her associates reserve the right to refuse service of any client who they feel poses a health risk to themselves or other clients, due to but not exclusive to open wounds, cold sores, conjunctivitis or other eye irritations, etc...
Cancellations:
***In the event that you need to cancel, please cancel IN WRITING via email!!! Please do not use Social Media/Instagram/Facebook or texting as a form of communication.
